Apply as an Artist​

To apply to be featured in a recital

1. Read the Photo and Video Consent form

2.  Open Google Submission Form

i. Fill in personal information​​​

ii. Upload documents and Video/Audio

iii. Submit

Once recordings are submitted they will be reviewed and put into order and arranged to fit different facilities needs. ​​They will be released on YouTube through a public video.
